What is the magic behind the design process?
- Order your personalised design: Once you've placed your order, our designers will start creating the magic behind your pet's photo.
- Approve Our Artwork (24H): This process takes time as we want you to see your pet exactly through the artwork. We won't move forward with the process until we have 100 % approval from you.
- Unlimited revisions: These exist to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product, so ask for as many changes as you like without limits.
- Production (2-5 business days): Your personalised piece is ready to be developed and sent on to the next steps.
- Shipping (1-3 business days): We prepare your parcel to arrive at your home as quickly as possible.
How soon can I expect my custom piece?
- Approve Our Artwork: In 24H you will receive the pre-design in your email.
- Production: In 2-5 business days, after approval, your order will be prepared for shipping.
- Shipping: In 1-3 business days your order is packaged and sent out. Various factors can affect this timeframe, so please visit our Delivery Policy page for more info.
Can I preview my design before purchasing?
All design models are handmade, so it is not possible to receive a preview of the design before placing your order. However, once you've placed your order, we offer unlimited revisions that allow you to make the necessary changes so that you feel 100% fulfilled.

Do you only turn pets into art?
Yes. We're currently focussed on recreating the most creative and memorable designs of just your pets. However, there are plans to increase the art content for Lnnya.
It is my photo detailed enough to upload?
If you don't feel confident that the photo is good enough to upload, you can always contact us at support@lnnya.com.
However, here are a few tips to ensure you get a good photo:
- A quality photo in good light is essential;
- Focus on the pet (the eyes/the whiskers) in the centre of the image;
- Emphasise details in the photo that you want to highlight in the drawing;
- Avoid cutting important parts of your pet, such as the ears/head, etc. out of the frame.
There is a team that is always attentive to the details of the photos as well as validating them in order to continue with the process. Any challenges that may occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Can my embroidered design have more than one colour?
No. It is not possible to use several colours in the fine-line embroidery model, as it has only one standard colour. However, you can change the colour of your embroidery, just make sure you make your choice clear in the order instructions box. If you have any questions, please contact us.

What are the shipping times and prices?
- Starts at 4.99€ (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days). The shipping rate depends on the country of delivery.

I order multiple products, will they arrive together?
Depending on what you order, there is a possibility that your parcel will be sent separately. However, as a rule all orders with more than one item are sent in the same parcel.
Do you ship beyond Netherlands?
Yes. We currently sell to countries in Europe (The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland) & the United Kingdom.
Which payments methods do you accept?
The payment methods accepted so far are: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Maestro, Shop Pay and UnionPay.
What currency will show up at checkout?
Our payments are made in euro (€) currency. But may depend on the country of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are not possible once an order has been placed. However, we kindly ask you to visit our Return & Exchanges Policy to be fully informed of our rules.
What if I don't like the final product?
There is the possibility of unlimited revisions and a 100 % satisfaction guarantee to prevent a Lnnya customer from being unhappy with the final product.
We will never proceed to the product development stage without the client's full approval.

How long do I have to wait for an answer from you?
The normal response time is between 2 and 4 hours.
If there is a longer demand and contact period, we can take between 1-2 working days.
I didn't receive an email after ordering. What should I do?
If you haven't received an email 1-2 days after placing your order, first check your spam or junk mail. If you still haven't found it, don't worry. Contact us at support@lnnya.com and we will solve your problem.
