At Lnnya, every order is customised and designed exclusively for you. For this reason, all orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, edits, returns, refunds or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there are any problems or questions with your order, please contact us directly at support@lnnya.com.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • Lnnya artists start work as soon as the order is placed, all pieces are personalised and made just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled and you want a different design, you will be charged €20. This is because the entire handmade creative process will start from the begging .
  • If your order has already been fulfilled, there is no possibility of making any changes.
  • Please check all details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 20 days of delivery. To be legible, you just need to provide a photo of the damaged parts of the product.
  • As soon as we have verified the problem, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Claims made after 20 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

You haven't received an email from us after placing your order?

  • Make sure the email on the order is legible and correct as this is crucial for design approval. Consequently, for the start of production of your order.
  • If you did not receive any email after 5 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder. If you don't get any reply within 48 working hours it is likely that emails are getting bounced back so please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.

Additional Information 

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.
  • For a 100% efficient and positive experience, we do online proofing and offer unlimited revisions before shipment.
